All of the Installers from Comfort Pro did an outstanding job on our new Gas Furnace and our new Heat Pump combination, as well as our new Water Heater. I had been without an air conditioner all summer and a friend recommended Comfort Pro Heating to me. I had had two other quotes from different companies and not one of them checked to see what was going in with air conditioner they just took my word it didn't work. Comfort Pro installed a heating unit and water heater in my home in fall of 2020 during COVID. They have returned to service units ever since in addition to servicing a second heating and cooling unit. All of the technicians I’ve dealt with at Comfort Pro have been intelligent about the systems they install and service and have been helpful in explaining aspects of the higher tech units to me. Kudos to Sean the company representative who in his visits has shown a lot of maturity and willingness to make sure I know how to best operate the systems in my house. Comfort Pro Heating & Cooling recently installed a ductless mini-split 2 unit heat pump system in my house that covers the entire living area plus an open-walled study. The owner was very thorough calculating what would be required in equipment to cool and heat the area and in explaining my options to adequately cover the square footage of the area. The system installed works wonderfully! The prep, installation and clean-up was performed by a team in a very professional manner. The installers were very polite, considerate and hard workers who knew what they were doing! They are professionals in every aspect! In my opinion, that is a rare thing today! Last night our heater wouldn't turn on. It's only 3-1/2 years old (new heater, new construction house). My husband took the owner's manual over to Comfort Pro's office this morning to see if they were familiar with this newfangled type of computer-controlled Trane unit. They told him to come back home and cycle the circuit breaker, leaving it in the "off" position for ten minutes before turning it back on. They also had an opening for early this afternoon, so of course my husband jumped on that. Comfort Pro sent Austin out to our home a couple of hours later. Austin crawled up into the attic (which is where you have to go to get the error code!) and found that not only was the intake clogged (apparently the guy who installed it GLUED ALL THE HOLES SHUT), but there was a DEAD BIRD clogging the vent! Upon further investigation, he discovered that these birds managed to bust out the screen in the heater exhaust and then built a NEST there! Those birds had somehow hauled a bunch of our one-inch landscaping gravel into that vent. (My husband has now decided to retire the bird feeder since the birds have decided to take up residence. They are officially being served with an eviction notice.) Austin sucked out all of the bird-nest building materials with a shopvac and installed a new screen, gluing it into place. In addition, our HVAC system (I don't know who designed this, but he should be drawn and quartered) has three different types of filters, all located in the ceiling in different rooms and requiring the use of a ladder to change them. Austin changed all of the filters for us while he was here because the combination of old people and ladders is a recipe for disaster. All this for less than $200. Austin and Comfort Pro get five stars from us!read more

Had 3 air conditioner/furnaces replaced with Trane Multispeed furnaces/heat pumps. Two were in the attic area with VERY limited access. The Comfort Pro team did an outstanding job removing the old/ancient units and installing the new technology which of course had MANY challenges. He was extremely helpful, admittedly I was hovering around to see and understand what he was doing and he was more than willing to explain everything to us which was very much appreciated. By the time he left my husband & I had a much better understanding of how the unit works and even downloaded the app so that we can program it to use when we are away from home. We just bought the house, the system came with the house and no instructions. It was a little overwhelming online to try and get it up and running but Austin did a great job. I was blessed to have my furnace go out this winter and get 'red-tagged'. Why blessed? Because I went to the top of the list and didn't have to wait the months-long wait time to have this top-notch company install a new system. I found them originally when a neighbor of my friend was having a new "package unit" installed. I was impressed with the crew chief on that job and their trucks are an OCD person's dream. At that time, I called and the owner Rob come out because I was entertaining a new system because I loathe the floor vents of manufactured homes and my a/c unit was 16 years old. He spent well over an hour explaining the pros and cons of the various options. I had the Costco HVAC company come out as well, but Rob's solutions were thoughtful, creative, less visually intrusive and less costly. Fast forward to January when the furnace developed a hole and ended up with a red tag. I considered all the options and took the leap and left the forced-air heat, compressor a/c world behind in favor of a duct-less mini-split system. I got one other bid during this time, and Comfort Pro's was less than theirs and that sealed it for me. As a company, they are very communicative, highly professional, and delightful to have around. I did not have a single contact with the company that was anything less than stellar. I want to be invited to the Christmas party ????.read more

Naturally our AC went out during one of the hottest days of one of the hottest summers on record—I had used comfort pro to service my furnace a few years back and was impressed with their knowledge and quality of service. Our technician Martin came out the next day and spent a good 3 hours thoroughly inspecting and diagnosing our AC unit. He was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. Unfortunately we did have to order a pricey part to fix—comfort pro isn’t the cheapest but they provide great value in my opinion. Rob and his crew replaced my 2 zone heat pump. I had a bunch of questions and unique requirements, so Rob visited the house several times before I signed on. Jason did a complete thermal analysis of the house to ensure the design was correct. Martin and his team of installers went to extremes to keep the house clean and get the equipment installed with minimum inconvenience to us. They were very friendly, efficient and answered many more questions along the way. After the installation was complete, Rob and Martin came back to tune the airflow, adjust the registers and ensure the 3 stages were operating properly for the conditions at my home. Comfort Pro is our service provider for life! When our A/C went out in July 3 years ago, we were miserable and needed a whole new system installed immediately. I waited to do a review until I had experienced a heating and cooling season. We had originally contacted them for an AC issue, the system was old. They came and checked it out and did a few things and got it working with a recommendation to replace the system as it was past the expected life cycle of the set up. We had planned on taking some time to assess our needs and budget and it died again in a couple of days. Rob came right over with a couple of loaner floor units to get us by if he couldn't fix it right away. They weren't needed. He quickly found an electrical problem and fixed it at no charge. His professional staff came out a couple of weeks later, installed a new system that works GREAT and as an added bonus, they moved the unit in the crawl space from the original location. We went from having the TV at full volume when it was running to not even being able hear with the house quiet. The entire crew was A+ level professional and did an amazing job. They came to repair my air conditioning and put in new parts. When they got done they noticed the unit was not performing as it should. They told me it would not last long and that I needed a new one. They took back the parts and didn't charge me anything for the work. This is the ultimate quality and service company. The owner, Rob, is a hands on gem. Recently, our newly installed Trane unit was not cooling the house on the hottest day of the summer. Rob himself came, on the run, and took apart the outside compressor, found a leak in the line and brazed it beautifully while also personally cleaning out the whole unit. Rob and his crew did a FANTASTIC job with my home. He recommended a split system and replaced my swamp cooler with a dual stage HVAC Trane system. My power bill increased only $40.00 a month to keep my home between 64° - 66°. I’m saving much more than that on my water bill due to removing the swamp cooler. Due to being a retrofit install, some of the vents were too small, a few additional runs were needed and several adjustments were made that were not in the estimate. Rob and his crew made all the adjustments happen to my satisfaction and still came in UNDER his bid. How many contractors do you know that do that. All employees were clean, polite, friendly and trustworthy. I was comfortable leaving them in my home alone while I was gone. I highly recommend Comfort Pro and I will 100% use Comfort Pro for all my needs in the future.read more
